History of MR POP CORN ΑΒΕΕ

«MR POP CORN ΑΒΕΕ» was founded in 1985. At the time of its establishment, its main purpose was to import and introduce in the Greek market fresh popcorn through popcorn manufacturing machines. Then the first import of machines by the USA took place so as the product to be produced in accordance with the "American" style. This was the first time in Greece to station popcorn manufacturing machines locally in the cinemas which were selling until then prepackaged popcorn.

Along to, began the first small scale production of flavored and coloured butter. At that time this was unknown and innovative and caused problems in accepting the products. In order to overcome these initial acceptance problems of products, it was necessary to package it.  Year after year consumers started slowly to accept it and seek it. Nowadays, it is unthinkable for a cinema not to sell fresh popcorn, a situation that makes the company proud. It was due to its efforts that the company achieved that with products that produces itself. Every day that passes, we make an effort to improve our products. Innovative ideas were introduced, packages were improved, new products were created and after a long process we are proud to claim that "noone knows better the popcorn in Greece than us".
